We reserve the right to decline any request for treatment where we determine it is not clinically appropriate or safe to proceed. Providing false or misleading medical information may result in immediate termination of your account and may place your health at risk.
All prescriptions issued through our service are subject to clinical review and approval by a qualified pharmacist or prescriber. Completion of an order does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Our team will review your medical questionnaire and may contact you for further information before approving treatment. We may decline to prescribe at our clinical discretion, in which case you will be notified and a full refund issued.
Prescriptions are valid for use only as directed and must not be shared with others. Weight loss medications must be used as part of a responsible treatment plan and in accordance with the prescriber's instructions.
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.
Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked service to your nominated UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect address details provided by the patient, or circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package or that a safe delivery arrangement is in place.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us directly. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns for prescription medication in accordance with UK medicines legislation, except where products are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
If your prescription is declined by our pharmacist after payment, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
